Redemption is simple: When the suppressor is purchased, the customer and the shop employee both fill out the redemption form. We have released a digital form (downloadable here: http://www.silencerco.com/blog/?p=863), as well as paper versions being sent out to dealers. Once completed, the form will be mailed back to Silencerco, then we will send the lower to the shop, who will transfer the lower receiver to the consumer.
