EXTREMA RATIO: S-THIL BLACK WARFARE

The Extrema Ratio S-THIL Black Warfare, special edition of the S-THIL model, is a backup tactical knife of monolithic construction milled out of a 5 mm (0.2”) bar of BOHLER N690 steel, developed in cooperation with designer Thilo Arnd Schiller. The spear point blade is heat treated to 58 HRC for best combination of edge retention and toughness. It has a false double edge to make it very effective in thrusting and piercing, and has a full length fuller that flows elegantly from the blade into the handle.
The blade is milled integral to the knife for better compactness and lightness, with minimum thickness yet with a pattern that reminds of the classical Extrema Ratio knife grip. This profile creates two small guards and a comfortable thumb rest to prevent any chance the hand can slip towards the blade.

On the pommel there is a diamond shaped skull crusher and a slot for a wrist strap or for giving the knife a paracord grip wrap. The Black Warfare special edition sports the innovative and original Geotech Camo pattern from Extrema Ratio, laser engraved into the surface of the knife.
The stamped nylon sheath has been designed to be extremely flat and very narrow, to keep it as compact as possible. Knife design makes the sheath ambidextrous and allows to insert the knife with the edge on the left or the right. The integral twin retention system is composed of four pressure elements that work one pair at a time, according to the direction the knife is inserted, while the textile nylon part has a button and a strap to secure the knife to the sheath.

The tip of the sheath has a hole to allow debris or liquids to be expelled simply by blowing into it. The sheath can be used with belt clip, ULTICLIP or malice clip making it extremely versatile, while it is also possible to attach it to a M.O.L.L.E. webbing just by weaving paracord through it.
The Extrema Ratio S-THIL Black Warfare ‘Special Edition’ is delivered in a weather, dust and shock resistant Polypropylene IP67 certified waterproof case, with pressurization valve, which carries also the Nylon sheath, double ULTICLIP, double grit sharpening plate (ceramic and synthetic diamond) and a metal plaque bearing the progressive number within the limited series.

Launched at the 2022 Greenline Tactical Night Ops Summit, the TNVC / Surefire Helmet Mounted Tactical / Task Light (HMTL-SF) is an exclusive collaboration between Surefire and TNVC, two of the leading providers of low-light solutions, the TNVC / Surefire Helmet Mounted Tactical/Task Light (HMTL-SF) is an optimized solution for helmet-mounted applications, specifically configured to complement headborne systems and tactical applications. The TNVC HMTL-SF is a “Reverse Programmed” Surefire V1-B Vampire Dual Output / Dual Spectrum Light Optimized for Helmet Mounted Tactical/Task Light Applications with White & IR Low and High settings and hard-anodized in FDE / Tan.
Not all new products need to be “revolutionary” in nature–some are simply useful improvements on existing products. The TNVC HMTL-SF is one of those products. With its unique Low to High output setting with both White Light and IR capabilities, the TNVC HMTL-SF is a simple yet elegant solution for helmet-mounted illumination.
Helmet-mounted illumination has long been a standby for many end-users of headborne systems, with applications ranging from tactical tasks such as SSE, navigation, or operating vehicles, as well as administrative tasks such as reading maps, marking targets, or looking for snacks in the backseat. While dedicated helmet lights exist, in many cases, end-users have preferred to adapt various handheld and/or weapon-mounted lights to provide them with much-needed illumination.
The TNVC / Surefire Helmet Mounted Tactical / Task Light is based on one of the most common and popular options for helmet-mounted illumination, the Surefire V1-B Vampire Light, a small, 3v Dual Spectrum / Dual Output handheld light utilizing the Surefire KM1-D bezel. The Surefire V1-B offers a “High” Setting with 250 lumens of white light and 100 mW of IR illumination as well as a “Low” Setting with either 5 lumens of white light or 5 mW of IR illumination. In its normal configuration, the V1-B “defaults” to the “High” setting with the first button press, requiring a rapid second press to enter the “Low” mode. However, while this makes sense in a handheld light configuration, this same configuration can be less than ideal in a helmet-mounted configuration, especially when being used to complete tasks where only a small amount of illumination is needed and excessive light can affect dark adapted eyes or can cause excessive reflection into Night Vision Devices (NVDs).
To address this the TNVC HMTL-SF, however, offers a “Reverse Programmed” KM1-D bezel that goes from “Low” to “High” instead of “High” to “Low,” avoiding the sudden high-output discharge of light while still maintaining the option to switch into the higher output setting when needed. Like all Surefire Vampire lights, the HMTL-SF utilizes the latest bezel design with Surefire’s TIR “Total Internal Reflection” lens design, and can be rotated to switch between White and IR modes without requiring the user to pull forward on the head. Aggressive checkering and finger grooves on the machined aluminum bezel ensure a positive grip while rotating, while stiff, spring-loaded detents prevent accidental or inadvertent rotation. The TNVC / Surefire exclusive HMTL-SF also features a laser-engraved TNVC Logo along with the normal Surefire markings, and unlike the V1-B, the HMTL-SF is also offered in TAN… because tactical.
The HMTL-SF is available both as a Complete Light, featuring the Surefire MH31 Scout Light PRO body (M340V PRO Format) as well as a FREE THYRM VariArc as well as a stand-alone bezel that can be used to upgrade existing helmet light setups–or, to “Build Your Own” Custom Helmet Light, with options such as the S&S Precision M-Ax and ECHO Arms Fast Attach Plate with Low-Profile Light Body. City of Industry, CA (November 22, 2022) –Holosun’s newest SCS (Solar Charging Sight), the SCS-MP2-GR was designed to fit the Smith & Wesson® M&P-M2.0™ full size and compact, 9mm and 40 S&W handguns (will not fit 1.0 or Shield™ models). It is designed to attach directly to the

slide without an adapter plate and uses our innovative solar charging system with multi-

directional light sensors to automatically adjust brightness in dynamic situations.

The SCS-MP2 features our Multi-Reticle System (MRS) that displays a 32MOA Circle or a 2MOA dot or both and is available only in a Green (540nm) color option. For best zeroing, a 30+/- MOA travel adjustment with 1 MOA click adjustment can be set by adjusting the windage and elevation on the top and side of the optic housing. No matter what reticle choice, automatic ambient lighting reticle intensity is incorporated. The SCS-MP2 is parallax-free with unlimited eye relief for the best possible target acquisition.

Having a large optic window is important and never more so than on a pistol reflex optic. Built into the 1.93×1.03×0.91 housing is a 0.77×0.58 window. This is a massive window-to-housing ratio and has helped to keep the weight down to 1.3 oz. The window has been coated with various filters and anti-reflective properties to ensure visual acuity. This helps reduce glare, limit streaking, and improve optic quality when acquiring a target.

The SCS can potentially operate indefinitely using an internal, rechargeable 20,000-hour power reserve, meaning under even moderate exposure to bright light, you will never need to change batteries again. The SCS also includes an intensity override function which locks the optic into a high brightness mode for 30 minutes and a low power indicator, which will signal if charging is needed upon system start up. From the safe to range and range to duty weapon, the SCS-MP2 can handle it all.

The unit also features a patented shell holder platform that lets the operator de-prime a case, remove the case to chamfer or deburr, and then quickly replace and prime. The Iron Press’s accessory deck enables quick access to trays for bullets or cases and storage for chamfer and deburr tools, case neck brushes, primer pocket cleaners, and more.

The gravity-fed Automatic Priming System, sold separately or as part of the kit, blurs the lines between progressive and single-stage reloading by allowing more processes to happen simultaneously. GRINNELL, Iowa (November 22, 2022) — Brownells customers enabled a near $100,000 donation to Special Operations Wounded Warriors during Veterans Day week 2022.

Brownells pledged to give a percentage of US sales between November 7 and November 11 and was able to write the big check to the 501(c)(3) veterans charity to support its various programs.

“Special Operations Wounded Warriors does important work supporting some of America’s most outstanding men and women,” said Brownells Vice President of Marketing Ryan Repp. “We’d like to thank our customers for helping us support SOWW.”

ESCORT® Shotgun’s Hard-Hitting SDX

Rogers, AR (November 22, 2022) – The ESCORT® SDX is part of Hatsan’s Versatile Tactical Shotgun (VTS) series. This modern sporting style shotgun is available in either 12 ga or .410 cal in black or FDE Cerakote. The synthetic polymer lower receiver features an alloy magazine well that ensures a smooth, durable product designed to last. Hatsan’s patented ThermoDefend forend absorbs and dissipates heat from the barrel while offering a comfortable, controlled grip on the weapon.

An active buffer tube absorbs recoil and sports a removable buttstock with elevation-adjustable cheek rest. The soft rubber ergonomic pistol grip is also removable and can be replaced with a wide variety of already available aftermarket options. The charging bolt is reversible to suit a wide variety of shooter preferences. A carry-handle rear sight and fixed front sight come equipped on each gun, but the included flip-up sights can be installed for use with mounted optics. The forend also features 4 picatinny rail locations to accommodate multiple accessory mounting options.

The 12-gauge models feature an 18″ barrel with removable chokes, including an extended cylinder bore choke brake that helps tame recoil with heavy shot or slugs. Standard Full and Improved Cylinder chokes are also included, with other options from HatsanUSA. Each gun ships with two 5-round magazines and a 2-round magazine that can be stored in the buttstock. The gun is chambered to accept 2 ¾” and 3″ shells and will cycle them interchangeably with no external adjustments required by the shooter.

The .410 models feature a 20″ barrel with an integrated choke suitable for both shot and slugs. This model offers the same recoil-absorbing characteristics as the larger caliber models, such as the soft rubber buttpad; this shotgun is extremely smooth. Also shipping with two 5-round magazines, this gun features a spare 3-round magazine stored in the buttstock. The gas piston operates in the same manner, cycling both standard and magnum loads reliably.

As with all ESCORT shotguns, the barrels are proof-tested at the factory to ensure quality and durability. Both models in the SDX series are oxidation-resistant with chrome-plated steel barrels. The hard chrome and Cerakote coatings look great and are built to withstand the harshest conditions. HatsanUSA offers a 5-year limited warranty with all ESCORT firearms.

Extrema Ratio Misericordia Black Warfare is a limited series of only 500 pieces. It features all the characteristics of the famous Misericordia adopted by the 4th Alpine Paratroopers Regiment, which contributed to its development and testing, and choose it for its unique characteristics that make it particularly suited for ambush combat.
The blade is milled out of Böhler N690 steel, heat treated to 58 HRC for best combination between edge retention and toughness. It is 118 mm (4.65”) long and 4 mm (0.16”) thick with a flat grind. The knife weights just 87 g (3.1 oz). The blade features a spear-point shape with a full length fuller, which makes it even lighter, and has a false double edge to 3/4 of its length. Its finishing, Black Warfare, is made of the innovative and original Geotech Camo pattern by Extrema Ratio, laser-engraved on the surface. The grip maintains the typical ergonomic Extrema Ratio profile and is made in glass reinforced nylon to offer maximum toughness under all circumstances, even in the harshest use.
The characteristic ring at the pommel helps the soldier to get a better grip for a safer and more effective thrust, enhancing exponentially the combat effectiveness of the Misericordia. The kydex sheath can be attached to a belt-clip, ULTICLIP and malice clip, as well as to a M.O.L.L.E. webbing using paracord.
There is also an optional high resistance nylon sheath with two adjustable loops for attaching it to a M.O.L.L.E. webbing. Misericordia Black Warfare is delivered in a weather, dust and shock resistant polypropylene IP67 certified waterproof case with pressurization valve, which carries also the Kydex sheath, double ulticlip, double grit sharpener (ceramic and synthetic diamond) and a metal plate bearing the progressive number within the limited series.

The build kits combine brand new Brownells BRN-4 barrels, bolt carrier groups, gas pistons, gas blocks, barrel nuts and other parts with factory original HK416 handguards and stripped uppers.

Factory-new BRN-4 barrels are available in 10.4”, 14.5” or 16” lengths in either heavy or medium profiles. BRN-4 build kits include the special barrel nut wrench required for installation.

The stripped uppers in the kits are surplus German-made originals, and part of a one-time lot of parts Brownells was able to source a few years ago. German stripped uppers may show signs of use, are limited in number and will not be replaced once they sell out.

Uppers completed using Brownells BRN-4 kits and parts are fully compatible with both HK416-style and standard AR-15 lowers.

In addition to complete kits, the BRN-4 parts can be purchased individually — ideal for customers who need only a part or two to complete or repair an HK416-style firearm.

The RAPiD® Vehicle Safe keeps a handgun or other valuables safe and secure inside any vehicle. The patent-pending mounting system of the RAPiD Vehicle Safe features an inflatable bladder that conforms to a vehicle interior’s shape. In an emergency, the Vehicle Safe’s RFID-activated spring-assist lid opens instantly using an RFID watchband, key fob or sticker, providing quick access to a firearm. The Vehicle Safe uses a 14-gauge steel exterior housing and two internal hardened locking lugs. The heavy-duty engineering effectively makes it tamper-proof. An included security cable attaches to the vehicle’s seat frame for an extra security layer.

Powered by the 12-volt car adaptor or four AAA batteries (not included), the Vehicle Safe ensures a handgun is protected, ready and accessible.
