Special Forces Trust Welcomes Jillian Andrews as Development Director and Executive Assistant to the CEO
Southern Pines, NC – The Special Forces Trust (SFT) is proud to announce the addition of Jillian Andrews as its new Development Director and Executive Assistant to the CEO, further strengthening the organization’s commitment to serving the U.S. Army Special Forces community and their families.
Jillian joins the Trust with a deep passion for connecting people to purpose and a proven track record of building meaningful relationships that drive mission impact. With experience across multiple nonprofit sectors, she has built her career around bringing together the right people and resources—grounded in the belief that trust is what turns effort into lasting impact.
Most recently, Jillian served in a senior leadership role at Task Force Dagger Special Operations Foundation, a valued partner of the Special Forces Trust. In her role, she quickly played a key role in expanding the organization’s national footprint—growing a robust network of supporters, securing significant state funding, and advancing programs that serve the Special Operations community across the country.
Through this work, Jillian gained a profound appreciation for the Special Forces community—defined by humility, quiet professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to one another.

In her role as Development Director and Executive Assistant to the CEO, Jillian will lead the Trust’s fundraising and donor engagement efforts while also supporting strategic initiatives at the executive level—strengthening key relationships, enhancing organizational alignment, and expanding opportunities to sustain and grow impact across the Trust’s programs.
