PROSPERITY, S.C. – September 3, 2026 – Jacob Grey Firearms has finalized an intellectual property licensing agreement with HEXMAG® covering the company’s Hex™ and Hex Pro™ family of premium handguns.
The agreement provides a clear framework for the continued manufacture, sale, and development of the Hex™ platform while recognizing HEXMAG’s intellectual property. It also reinforces Jacob Grey’s long-term commitment to a product family that has become an important part of the company’s growing lineup of premium American-made firearms.
Since its introduction, the Hex™ platform has earned a reputation for precision engineering, exceptional craftsmanship, and uncompromising performance. That recognition came early, with the TWC Hex being named Best Pistol by GunsAmerica at SHOT Show 2025—an honor that helped establish the platform as a standout in the competitive double-stack 1911 category. Built using aerospace-inspired manufacturing processes, premium billet components, and exacting tolerances, the Hex™ embodies the engineering-first approach that has come to define Jacob Grey Firearms.
