Featured Speaker: ADM Daryl Caudle, USN

ADM Daryl Caudle, USN
Chief of Naval Operations
ADM Daryl Caudle was sworn in as the 34th Chief of Naval Operations on Aug. 25, 2025. A career submariner, he previously served as Commander, U.S. Fleet Forces Command; Commander, Submarine Forces; Commander, Submarine Force Atlantic; and Commander, Submarine Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet, among other senior leadership assignments.
At sea, Caudle served aboard multiple ballistic missile and attack submarines and commanded USS Jefferson City (SSN 759), USS Topeka (SSN 754), and USS Helena (SSN 725). He holds advanced degrees in physics, engineering management, and organizational leadership and has received numerous military decorations, including the Defense Distinguished Service Medal and Navy Distinguished Service Medal.
U.S. Navy TS/SCI Undersea Warfare Meeting
In conjunction with the 2026 Fall Undersea Warfare Conference, COMSUBFOR will host a separate TS/SCI Undersea Warfare Meeting on Monday, September 21, from 9:00 am – 2:30 pm at the Undersea Warfighting Development Center (UWDC) in Groton.
The meeting will provide senior-level operational updates on key undersea warfare topics and is open to U.S. Government and industry personnel with the appropriate TS/SCI (SI/TK) access. Attendance is limited to 70 participants and requires separate approval from the U.S. Navy.
This meeting is hosted and administered by the U.S. Navy and requires a separate attendance request. Registration for the NDIA conference does not constitute registration for this meeting.
