A New Chapter for Suppressors
Today marks a major moment in the history of suppressors.
For the first time since the National Firearms Act was enacted in 1934, suppressors have been lawfully transferred without the federal NFA registration requirement. The first transfers took place just after midnight today in Texas following a federal court order that currently enjoins ATF enforcement of the NFA registration requirements for suppressors.
This is a huge step forward for suppressor owners and the Second Amendment community, and it’s something we’re proud to see happen.
