In recent decades, PCP airguns have become increasingly popular due to the ability to deliver extraordinary power and semi-automatic actions. Velox:
Semi-automatic airgun pistols are uncommon but highly practical, especially when they combine PCP reliability in a compact, easy-to-handle platform. Hatsan’s Velox delivers both. An external pressure gauge monitors a detachable 55cc air cylinder at its core. A Foster quick-disconnect fitting simplifies cylinder exchange, monitoring, and refilling up to 250 BAR. An included 255cc cylinder will fill 200 BAR, providing 50 shots within 85% of maximum velocity. Cylinders are quickly changeable for ease of reloading and recharging without carrying an additional pump. SHOT University Issues Call for Presentations
LAS VEGAS — SHOT UniversityTM has issued a call for presentations for its educational sessions at the 2026 NSSF® SHOT Show®. SHOT University will take place January 20-23, during the 2026 NSSF SHOT Show in Las Vegas, Nevada.
SHOT University is the highly regarded offering of educational sessions that share models of success with the goal of elevating industry professionalism and success across many business types. SHOT University attracts decision-makers primarily from firearm industry retailer and shooting range businesses, with professionals from the conservation community, manufacturers, suppliers and trade media also attending.
Presentation Details
Proposed presentations must meet the one-hour per session timeframe and should include at least 15 minutes of dedicated time for questions and answers from the audience.
Presentation proposals that are interactive in nature and include handouts (such as course booklets and/or whitepapers) are strongly encouraged.
Presentation submissions are due by August 4, 2025. All submissions received after this date will not be considered.
Presenters will be notified of acceptance via email by August 11, 2025. Presentations selected are at the sole discretion of the NSSF.

The Cimarron Ballistics Lab is where new–old loads are developed for production.
Case in point: the most popular rifle in the 19th century was the Winchester 1876 rifle, “The Gun that Won the West.” Also known as the “Centennial’ Rifle, it is still one of the most sought-after rifle replicas for collectors, hunters, reenactors, and cowboy action shooters.
