Q: WHAT WILL BE ON SALE?
A: Everything will be on sale!  This sale is LEGENDARY!  At a minimum, site wide there will be 10% off.  Overstock items and Blemished (or Factory Seconds) will have a higher discount percentage to be determined and released on the day of the sale.
Q: WHERE DID MY ITEM GO?
A: For our Black Friday Sale the website will allow you to add items to your cart but if it is a limited stock item like blemished or overstock items, they are on a first-come, first paid for system.  We recommend checking out multiple times if you are looking to buy more than one limited inventory item.  For November and December we are offering a free shipping option for any order over $399.  If your orders are less than that, simply use the support icon on any of our website pages with all of your order numbers after you’ve placed them all and we can combine shipping and refund any extra charges.
Q: WHAT IS BLEMISHED / FACTORY SECOND / OVERSTOCK?
A: The reason it’s a blemish or factory second could be many.  We have very stringent quality control so sometimes there are some extra machine lines or an edge isn’t the way it should be, a lot of people may not even be able to see it, but if it doesn’t pass our QC team then it gets put aside for this sale.

On all regular priced items, we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, a customer can buy it, try it, use it and if for any reason they are not fully happy with it, they can return it for a full refund.  If it’s been used or even mounted, it’s not new anymore so that would be marked up from mounting and blemished.  On this same note, all Black Friday sales are discounted and as such, are Final Sale.
Q: CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT BLEMISH MY ITEM WILL HAVE?
A: As our items are not gun parts, they are not serialized so there is no way to tell which item is which for their condition, other than they are not perfect.  If you purchase a Factory Second / Blemished unit, it will be fully functional but it may not look perfect.  We will still offer our full lifetime warranty on the function of all our Black Friday sale items.
Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP?
A: We do our best to ship orders as soon as they come in, this is our busiest time of the year so we ask for some patience, we will ship as quickly as we can but we are still human and need to ensure that you get everything that you ordered.  As soon as your order is picked and the shipping label is created, you will receive an email with your tracking number which will provide the most up to date information regarding your shipment.

The M17 and M18 handguns are a 9mm, striker-fired, P320-based handgun platform, featuring coyote-tan PVD coated stainless steel slides with black controls and utilize both 17-round and 21-round magazines. The handguns are equipped with SIGLITE front night sights, removable night sight rear plates, and manual safeties.  To date SIG SAUER has delivered M17 and M18 handguns to all branches of the U.S. Military and the U.S. Coast Guard.

Barrett 4050 receives NTIA certification

Precision Rifle Series (PRS) Members Name MasterPiece Arms (MPA) as Number One Chassis

(November 2019) – MasterPiece Arms (MPA), manufacturers of the MPA BA Rifles and Chassis Systems, was recently surveyed to be the number one chassis/stock system used by Precision Rifle Series (PRS) members in the PRS Gear Survey. MPA was also surveyed as the number two scope mount, number three brake and number three gunsmith. The results are generated from the gear that PRS members select in their shooter profile.

Nammo to Acquire Florida Manufacturing Facility from Chemring

In a move that will strengthen its US manufacturing capabilities, Nammo has reached a conditional agreement with Chemring Group to acquire one of its subsidiaries, Chemring Ordnance Inc., located in Perry, Florida. Nammo Defense Systems Inc, Nammo’s US defense subsidiary, will oversee the acquisition, and manage the facility.

“Our goal is to become one of the main providers of advanced munitions and rocket motor technologies to the US Government. That requires investments in manufacturing capabilities as well as new technologies,” said Morten Brandtzæg, President and CEO of the Nammo Group.

“Twelve years after we acquired our first facility in the US, the addition of Perry’s 165 employees will bring our US total to around 800 people, more than in any of our nine other manufacturing countries. Chemring Ordnance Inc. today develops and manufactures ordnance, pyrotechnic products and other munition components for defense agencies and prime contractors in the US. The current product range includes mine clearance systems, hand grenade fuzes, 40mm low and high velocity ammunition, 57mm naval ammunition, and various other ammunition and pyrotechnic components. The acquisition comes in addition to several other ongoing Nammo investments in the US, including upgrades to the facilities at Indian Head, Maryland and in Mesa, Arizona.

The TAVOR TS12 shotgun is a gas regulated bullpup shotgun. With an innovative design it feeds from one of three individual magazines which can each hold four 3inch or five 2¾ inch shotgun shells. This results in a potential overall capacity from all three individual magazines of 15 rounds plus one additional round in the chamber. The TS12 has a unique feature that automatically loads a round in the chamber once the subsequent loaded magazine is rotated into position. It can be fed and unloaded from either side. Additional features of the TS12 include four sling attachment points, M-LOK compatible rails, a continuous Picatinny rail on top, Benelli/Beretta choke tube compatibility, and the reliability expected of all IWI products. NEWTOWN, Conn. — The Sporting Arms and Ammunition Manufacturers’ Institute Inc.,® (SAAMI®), the organization at the forefront of promoting firearms safety by creating standards that ensure safety, reliability and interchangeability of firearms, ammunition and components, announced the acceptance of a new shotshell cartridge and a new centerfire rifle cartridge for SAAMI standardization.

Developed by Federal Ammunition, the 12-Gauge 1¾-inch shotshell was introduced with a maximum average pressure of 11,500 psi, with a 15/16-ounce #8 lead shot load traveling at a velocity of 1,145 feet per second (fps), a 15-pellet #4 lead buckshot load traveling at a velocity of 1,200 fps and a 1-ounce lead rifled slug traveling at a velocity of 1,200 fps.

Developed by Nosler, the 6.5-284 Norma rifle cartridge was introduced with a maximum average pressure of 58,000 psi, with a 130-grain bullet traveling at a velocity of 2,900 fps.

NAUMD Now Accepting Best Dressed Public Safety Award Submissions

The North American Association of Uniform Manufacturers & Distributors (NAUMD) and its Public Safety Suppliers & Retailers (PSSR) division encourage police, fire, and sheriff departments across the country to submit their units for this prestigious annual award.

Omaha, Neb. (November 2019) – The North American Association of Uniform Manufacturers and Distributors (NAUMD) and its Public Safety Suppliers & Retailers (PSSR) division announce they are now accepting submissions for the Best Dressed Public Safety Award® to a police, fire or sheriff department in the United States. The deadline for submissions is March 23, 2020. The national winners will be named at the NAUMD Convention and Expo, on April 28, 2020, in Reston, Virginia.

There are seven submission categories:

  • Law Enforcement – Small (Under 100)
  • Law Enforcement – Medium (100 to 500)
  • Law Enforcement – Large (Over 500)
  • First Responders – Small (Under 100)
  • First Responders – Medium (100 to 500)
  • First Responders – Large (Over 500)
  • Private Security Companies

Three finalists will be named in each category and all finalists will receive a certificate designating their status. Independent judges will evaluate the submissions based on appearance, functionality for the job, and use of technology and innovation to determine the best overall uniform programs. The goal of the Best Dressed Public Safety Award is to promote professionalism and excellence within the uniform industry. NAUMD is a community for the uniform industry that works on projects to help pursue a common future. Nominations for these categories and the Best Dressed Public Safety Award is open to all public safety departments and all NAUMD members.

The Best Dressed Public Safety Award is one of many awarded during the annual NAUMD Conference and Expo. The 2020 event will be held in Reston, Virginia, April 26 – 28, 2020. During the Conference, NAUMD and its PSSR division hold meetings, exhibit new products, and develop long-lasting distributor and manufacturer relationships through receptions and off-site get-togethers, as well as award excellence during the Awards Reception and Banquet. German Army acquires 1500 SPIKE missiles and hundreds of launchers

November 18, 2019 – Eurospike, a joint venture between Rafael Advanced Defense Systems Ltd., Diehl Defence GmbH & Rheinmetall Electronics GmbH has signed a multi-year framework contract for the supply of SPIKE (also known as MELLS in Germany) Missiles & launchers to the German Army. The missiles and launchers will be manufactured in Germany by local German companies, in keeping with RAFAEL’s global policy of teaming up with domestic industry, resulting in knowledge transfer and local job creation.

The contract was signed by representatives from Eurospike and BAAINBw in a ceremony that took place at the beginning of November in the offices of the German MOD (BAAINBw) in Koblenz Germany.

As part of the  framework contract, the first order was made for the supply of 1500 SPIKE rounds, as well as hundreds of RAFAEL’S new ICLU (Integrated Control Launch Unit) dismounted missile launchers.

The multi-year framework contract will allow the Bundeswehr to continue procuring additional SPIKE Missiles in the next few years to reach its goal of high launcher-to-missile ratio.

The German Army is already currently using both the dismounted portable SPIKE (MELLS) launcher as well the as the vehicle-mounted launcher on the German army Puma, Marder & Wiesel.

SPIKE is a cutting-edge precise, multi-platform, multi-mission and multi-range electro-optical missile Family, with capabilities of fire-and-forget, as well as fire, observe and update, allowing attack of hidden targets.

With 33 SPIKE missile users around the world, Germany is among 19 other SPIKE users in the EU and NATO. More than 30,000 SPIKE missiles have been supplied worldwide to-date, with over 5500 SPIKE missile firings, both in training and in combat.

Moshe Elazar, EVP, Head of RAFAEL’s Land and Naval Division: “This is a significant contract for Eurospike and thus for RAFAEL, as a leading supplier of 5th generation ATGM in the world. It will undoubtedly cement the German Army’s position as one of the strongest ATGM forces in Europe. The SPIKE missile and launcher cross-nation commonality enables the nations to manage joint SPIKE missile stocks, create joint procurement and maintain mutual support. In combination with local production within Europe by Eurospike, SPIKE is a truly common European missile.”

EAGLEVILLE, PA, November 15, 2019 – Streamlight® Inc., a leading provider of high-performance lighting and weapon light/laser sighting devices, has introduced the TLR-7® A with ergonomic rear switches featuring a low or high position to match users’ shooting styles. The exceptionally lightweight and compact new light delivers 500 lumens for a variety of tactical uses.

“Our newest weapon light features ambidextrous on/off rear switches with low and high positions to suit user preference, and a rail clamp that attaches and detaches easily from the side of compact and full frame weapons,” said Streamlight President and Chief Executive Officer Ray Sharrah. “Like the original TLR-7, it is designed to maximize visibility and targeting capability in a variety of home defense and tactical applications.”

The TLR-7 A features a power LED that delivers 5,000 candela and 500 lumens over a beam distance of 140 meters. It offers two lighting modes, LED only or LED strobe, each with a run time of 1.5 hours. The light is energized by a single 3 Volt CR2 lithium battery.

Securely fitting to a broad range of weapons, the new TLR-7 A features a one-handed, snap on and tighten interface that keeps hands away from gun muzzles when attaching or detaching them. The light also includes a Safe Off feature, locking it so it cannot be turned on accidentally. A key kit is included to securely fit the light to the broadest array of hand guns of any light on the market.

Constructed with 6000 Series machined aircraft aluminum with a black anodized finish, the TLR-7 A weighs 2.40 ounces and measures 2.58 inches in length.

With extensively live-fire tested, impact-resistant construction, the new model features an IPX7 rated design, making it waterproof to 1 meter for 30 minutes.

The new light is packaged as the TLR-7 A FLEX that comes with a High switch mounted on the light plus an included Low switch. It has an MSRP of $225.75, and comes with Streamlight’s Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Barrett awarded contract for a US funded communication project in Egypt

Barrett Communications have recently delivered equipment as part of a United States funded program into Egypt. The contract was to supply High Frequency (HF) and Very High Frequency (VHF) radio communications equipment.
The project is split over multiple phases and will include radio communications equipment for ground, mobile and airborne applications. In the first phase of the program, Barrett is providing the Barrett PRC-2080+ VHF equipment in the 5W handhelds and PRC-2082+ 50W vehicles systems.
The Barrett PRC-2090 is also being supplied as part of the mid to long range communications with the PRC-2091 mobile station and PRC-2092 base station systems.
