The interoperability of systems in the military sphere plays a crucial role during modern military operations. It allows different armed forces and units to work together seamlessly, exchange information and use resources efficiently. Inadequate communication and data exchange between the different systems leads to malfunctions, inefficiencies and security risks.
Interoperability drives development at ODU
It is precisely these requirements that have a major influence on product development. The current geo-political situation shows how important it is that Allies must be able to support each other quickly with defense systems. Crews and maintenance and aftercare logistics must also be able to adapt to the new systems without much preparation time. ODU is looking for holistic solutions with various approaches. The ODU AMC® Series T offers a miniature 38999 connector, which offers maximum flexibility in field assembly due to the 3 on 1 locking mechanism and meets the environmental requirements for an innovative connector. FMG Publications and American COP Partner with NSSF for SHOT Show’s Law Enforcement Education Program
LAS VEGAS — FMG Publications, publisher of American COP magazine, is teaming up with NSSF®—The Firearm Industry Trade Association—to provide law enforcement professionals with an exceptional lineup of Law Enforcement Education Program (LEEP) sessions during the 2024 SHOT Show®.
LEEP provides a wide range of training sessions that run throughout the week of the SHOT Show. Each of these sessions provides insights for real-world, on-scene applications of various technology and training methods.

Mandatory background checks apply to all students who do not possess a concealed carry permit/license to carry and are not law enforcement/active military. These background checks remain valid for a duration of one year.
For students holding a valid concealed carry permit/license to carry, a pre-screen check is required. These pre-screen checks are also valid for one year.
Law enforcement/active military with proper identification and badging do not have to complete a background check or pre-screen.

Clayton, MO (August 24, 2023) — Olin Corporation (NYSE: OLN) announced an agreement to acquire the assets of White Flyer Targets, LLC, North America’s preeminent leader in recreational trap, skeet, and sporting clay targets, and combine it with the Winchester Ammunition business.
The acquisition includes White Flyer’s five state of the art manufacturing facilities in Coal Township, Pennsylvania; Dalton, Georgia; Webb City, Missouri; Knox, Indiana; and, San Bernardino, California and includes White Flyer’s recently announced ECO FLYER® target product line.

The transaction is contingent on Olin’s completion of confirmatory due diligence, definitive agreements, and final approval of both companies’ Boards of Directors. The transaction is not expected to require any premerger filings and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2023. Olin would fund the transaction with cash on hand and anticipates that the transaction would be immediately accretive to Olin’s shareholders.
