NEWINGTON, N.H., (March 7, 2024) – Built on the legendary MCX platform, SIG SAUER is pleased to introduce the MCX-REGULATOR for an entirely new level of modularity. This newest addition to the MCX family combines the upper receiver of the MCX SPEAR-LT and gas piston system used by Elite Special Forces worldwide with a newly designed lower receiver, trigger and stock, forever redefining the ranch rifle.

The MCX-REGULATOR is an aluminum frame rifle with a gas-piston operating system, a Magpul™ SGA Mossberg 500/590 traditional stock in a Gen II NiR FDE Cerakote™ for reduced IR Signature. The platform features a redesigned lower receiver compatible with all MCX upper receivers, a fully ambidextrous magazine release, safety selector, and bolt catch. The MCX-REGULATOR ships with a two-stage match trigger, a cold hammer-forged carbon steel barrel, a SIG designed muzzle brake, and is available in 7.62×39 and 5.56 calibers. The MCX-REGULATOR offers a built in Arca Rail for easy tripod mounting and ships with a 10-round magazine.
Additionally, the MCX-REGULATOR is available in with a factory installed mil-spec ROMEO2 optic. The optic features a molded glass aspheric lens with high-performance coatings for superior light transmittance and zero distortion, D.A.R.C. (Dark Adaptive Reticles and Coatings) technology to provide ideal reticle brightness and target clarity during the day or under night vision, MOTAC™ (motion-activated illumination system) automatically turns the optic off when not in use, and automatically turns it back on when it detects motion, and MAGNETAC™ (Magnetic Activation) automatically turns the optic off when holstered in a compatible holster, and on when drawn. The sight has a 7075-aluminum housing and comes with a full shroud installed to fully enclosed and seal the sight. A spring-loaded side battery tray with push-button release allows a battery change without the need to remove the optic from the firearm.

The IOS is designed to allow you to simply interchange from an iron sight plate to a red dot in under 30 seconds and hold zero. Because of the dovetail cut on the plates and slide, it returns to zero every time.
If you haven’t experienced the IOS, this is a game changer and unlike anything else on the market. The iron sight plate is cut with the cocking serrations and hand blended so well that it is hard to even tell a pistol is equipped with the IOS option. We have a wide variety of plate/optic footprints available to fit your wants and needs.
The IOS can be upgraded to any model we offer, as well as retrofitted on existing Nighthawk Custom pistols and other brand 1911s that don’t currently have an adjustable rear sight. Hi Mountain Seasonings Grilled Wild Turkey
Ingredients
1 wild turkey
1 packet Hi Mountain Seasonings Game Bird & Poultry Brine
1 packet Hi Mountain Seasonings Soy Ginger Marinade
1 packet Hi Mountain Seasonings Sweet Honey Marinade
1 packet Hi Mountain Seasonings Buffalo Wing Marinade
Directions
1. Debone the wild turkey breast and thighs.
2. Mix one pouch of Hi Mountain Seasonings Game Bird and Poultry Brine with 1 gallon of water in a non-metallic bowl.
3. Add 6 cups of ice to the brine.
4. Add the deboned turkey breasts and thighs breast side down.
5. Refrigerate the wild turkey and brine for 24 hours.
Roasting
1. Remove the turkey from the brining bag, rinse under cold, running water and pat dry with paper towels.
2. Trim off any silver skin.
3. Cut the turkey into pieces 4 to 5 inches long and 1 ½ to 2” thick.
4. Separate meat into three piles; each pile will be coated with a different flavored marinade.
5. Preheat the grill to 350 degrees.
6. Mix the marinades following the directions.
7. Coat each pile of turkey with one of the marinades on each side.
8. Grill the turkey, turning at least once, until it reaches 165 degrees internal temperature.

The Sawback Machete is a Parang blade-style tool boasting a 17-inch cutting edge. On the back is an aggressive 13.5-inch pull saw. Not only will this cut away brush, but it will also allow small to medium-sized limbs to be removed with less work and effort from the user. Made of 3Cr13 steel, it will hold an edge well and effectively resist rust even after hard use. Increased corrosion resistance is built in with a black oxide finish on the exterior of the blade.
Durability is a primary concern of any chopping tool. Full tang construction makes up the entire profile of the Sawback Machete and is encapsulated in the rubberized handle. The grip also contains a lanyard hole for securing to the wrist while in use and is textured for no-slip grip. A TPA and PP blend in the handle construction gives it a semi-soft feel. Included is a 600D Cordura sheath lined with PP plastic construction. Easy to clean, with a belt loop integrated into the design, this sheath easily contains the Sawback Machete and houses it for rapid use.

The pistols are available in the 1911-XCARRY and 1911-XFULL sizes in either black or coyote tan; both sizes offer the option of a factory installed ROMEO-X red dot optic. The event is specifically designed for sport shooters of all skill levels ages, 12 to 21, however, parents and coaches will also be allowed to participate.
With significant support from Winchester and other generous event sponsors, there will be more than $10,000 in prizes for participants. This is an event for sport shooters of all skill levels and a great opportunity for families to enjoy a day together and take in the beautiful scenery at NILO.

Most real-world use of pistols – whether by law enforcement officers or lawfully armed citizens – occurs in hours of low light. Plainclothes officers and civilians who prefer to equip their pistols with a weapon mounted light need a holster that is compact enough to conceal, yet fast and fumble-free to draw.
Enter the Halo. The Halo’s vertical orientation allows a smooth draw without cocking the wrist, while its thumb-break retention strap combines positive control of the pistol with a fast and efficient draw. Riding high and close to the body, the Halo also offers excellent concealment of the large pistols that are typically equipped with weapon mounted lights.
The Halo is constructed of black premium steerhide and fits belts up to 1 3/4″ wide.
