Introducing TRUE’s BERM: The Perfect Blend of Aesthetic Appeal and High-Performance Functionality

Fort Worth, TX (September 4, 2024) – Many people were attracted to fancy designs and specific aesthetics when first discovering knives. Unfortunately, plenty entry level knives are not worth their price. Yet, once in a while, a knife comes out that meets the aesthetic appeal many look for with full range functionality at home in the woods as much as it’s at home in the warehouse. TRUE brings to market one knife that ticks all the boxes: the BERM.

TRUE’s BERM knife is a cleaver-style folder that punches far above its price point. With an MSRP of $29.99, few similarly priced knives can match the durability and functionality. A full hollow grind 7Cr17Mov steel blade provides a wonderful edge with quality retention and easy sharpening. 7Cr17Mov is a quality steel that provides high carbon performance in stainless steel meant to meet every budget. The 2.5-inch blade is treated with a black oxide finish, providing excellent corrosion resistance.

G10 scale handles house a liner locking system and ball bearing, making opening and closing the BERM effortless with one or more hands. The grip is lightly textured, offering retention in all environments. Included is a 4-position pocket clip for use by right-handed and left-handed users. Mixed with the top-end spine integrated slipper lever and caged ball bearing system, the BERM can be deployed and stowed quickly and easily with little to no effort.

Overall length measures 5.825 inches, offering suitable grip space for additional leverage and accommodation of all hand sizes. When folded, it measures a mere 3.42 inches, which takes up little space in the pocket. Carrying, deploying, using, and maintaining the BERM knife is relatively easy and carefree. The unique blade shape and colorful scales are a welcome change from the monotonality of tanto folders and drop point designs found in similar prices and classes of knives. Undoubtedly, the BERM will serve its owner for many years.
