SHOT Show 2026 was indeed a landmark year, largely defined by the legislative shift of the “One Big Beautiful Bill,” which removed the $200 NFA tax and significantly streamlined the acquisition of suppressors. This deregulation sparked a “gold rush” of new silencer manufacturers. Also visible was a surge in the high-end, the double-stack 1911/2011 pistol market.
