New Customization Options

We’ve expanded our single-stack 1911 customization program with a series of new frame offerings—allowing customers to tailor their pistol’s profile and performance with greater precision than ever before.

Full-Length Recon Rail

This option removes the traditional radius or ball cuts at the front of the frame and replaces them with a full-length Recon Rail. Wider than our standard rail and machined to sit flush with the sides of the slide, it extends all the way to the muzzle—creating a clean, integrated, modern aesthetic while adding forward weight for enhanced control.

Full-Length Square Dust Cover (Non-Railed)

For those who prefer the visual authority and balance of a full-length frame without an accessory rail, the square dust cover offers a refined alternative. Extending to the muzzle with crisp, squared geometry, this option adds mass at the front of the pistol to help manage muzzle rise while giving the build a distinctly purposeful profile.

Square Trigger Guard

First introduced on our Single Stack Sand Hawk, the square trigger guard draws inspiration from classic custom 1911s of the past. Our execution is clean and intentional, available either smooth or with 40 LPI checkering on the front and underside, depending on your preference for texture and control.

These new frame options can be specified on most 5″ Government-length single-stack 1911 models, with plans to expand full-length frame offerings to 4.25″ Commander-size builds in the future.
