This hands-on, female only course will introduce essential self-defense strategies, teaching you how to recognize danger, respond effectively, and escape potentially threatening situations with confidence.

Blue and Green Concepts is a government contracting company with over 25 years of experience, dedicated to combating human trafficking through proactive education. They offer open enrollment counter-trafficking courses for the community and local law enforcement. Instructor Madison Pope holds a B.S. in Exercise Science with a minor in psychology and has 19 years of martial arts experience, earning her Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt in 2022. With eight years of teaching experience, she has led self-defense seminars for all ages and became the youngest instructor for the special operations community, where she developed and taught Low Visibility Applications courses within USASOC and worked as a surveillance technician.
