The Boston Red Sox had just broken the Curse of the Bambino, a little website called Facebook was trying to get off the ground, and in a small storage unit in Berryville, Arkansas, four craftsmen set out to build custom 1911s under a name no one had heard of—Nighthawk Custom.

Fast forward 20 years, and that name—our name—is now synonymous with some of the finest firearms on the planet. Over the last two decades, we haven’t just built guns; we’ve built a family.
