Registration is open for the 2025 Undersea Warfare Spring Conference, that will take place March 17 – 19, 2025, in San Diego, CA.
Please be aware this conference has a limited capacity, and registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to high demand, we expect the conference to reach its full capacity. To ensure equitable participation, we request each company to limit their registration to a maximum of 4 attendees.

Security Information
This event is classified at the SECRET//REL USA, AUS, GBR level. Once you are registered, you MUST complete the security procedures below in order to attend the conference.
Important Security Deadlines:
A. For US Personnel (Military or Civilian) attendees:
- Register first here
- Request base access visitor pass (if required), no later than 28 February 2025
**Please note that security in all North American Military Installations has been increased due to recent events. Whereas in the past there was a greater opportunity for retirees and contractors to escort unbadged personnel in their vehicles, this has since been rescinded and there is a 100% ID check. If you are unsure if you personally have access to U.S. Military Installations, PLEASE COMPLETE THE DBIDS PROCESS.** - Verify your security clearance (Required for ALL attendees), no later than 28 February 2025

B. For Foreign Attendees (Australia and the United Kingdom):
- Register first here
- Request installation access for Naval Base Point Loma (NBPL) Harbor Drive Annex (HDA), no later than 24 February 2025
- Submit U.S. DoD Foreign Visit Request (FVR). Send case number to Mr. Doug Kelchner (douglas.m.kelchner.civ@us.navy.mil) no later than 7 February 2025.
