The SURG556 is an Inconel Steel core high flow suppressor. This unique Forward-Flux multi-flow path was the genesis of SIG SAUER’s Next Generation line of suppressors. The internal geometry reduces gas blowback, keeping the shooter’s face out of irritating gases and minimizing fouling in the firearm.
The direct-thread SURG556 is shielded by a detachable titanium hexagonal heat shield that lowers the suppressor’s thermal signature while increasing maneuverability. The heat shield reduces the likelihood of contact burns when in dynamic situations.
Designed for strength and durability, the SURG556 is full auto rated, and purpose built to handle the rigors of machine gun fire while providing maximum signature reduction.
