Call for Abstracts
The National Defense Industrial Association’s (NDIA) Undersea Warfare Division invites authors of high-quality professional abstracts to submit their work for technical presentation at the 2025 Undersea Warfare Spring Conference. This year’s theme is “Enabling Joint and Combined Force Anti-Submarine Warfare/Mine Warfare/Subsea and Seabed Warfare Operations in Contested Areas.”
Each abstract should fit into one of the following Technical Sessions:
- Undersea Sensors: New or repurposed Anti-Submarine Warfare/Mine Warfare/Subsea and Seabed Warfare undersea sensors that enable operations in contested areas
- Combat System/C4I: Combat system or C4I improvements that enhance capability to do high-end ASW by January 2027
- Mine Warfare: Closing capability gaps to facilitate mine warfare in a non-permissive environment
- Aviation: Multi-platform, coordinated anti-submarine warfare operations and employment of enabling interoperable sensors, weapons, & processing technologies
- Undersea Vehicles: Lower cost, more flexible, and smarter vehicles to address missions with mass and interoperability
Individuals are required to submit a concise, unclassified abstract of 4,000 characters or fewer by January 15 at 11:55 pm EDT. Authors will be notified whether their abstract has been accepted.
