We are bowing to extremely sharp pressure on the front office phones to open the knife project back up for folks that missed the “It’s Been 20 Years” Memorial Day LaRue Battle Knife release. We’ll run them when we get this first thousand done (half of the 1st 1,000 are done and shipped). That way when we tear the knife setup down and put the setup away, you don’t have to wait for another 20 years to get yourself one.
Why pre-order ? Because Crucible Powdered Metal’s S30V knife steel plates take a while to get, and they’re $5,000 a sheet and we’re not buying any extra. So again, if you missed getting your order in, or want a few more, here’s you chance to get your credit card ready. It’s highly likely that you will have it (or them) before Christmas, and know this, we’ll be non-stop between now and then.
