SYSTEMATIC
Assuring your cutting-edge C4ISR capabilities
As the battlespace becomes increasingly digitalized, the number and variety of data systems has exponentially increased. For soldiers operating at headquarters and deployed in the field, this means that they need to learn how to operate an ever-growing number of systems that come with their own complexities. Training users on how to maximise the capabilities of these platforms can be a complex and time-consuming task.
As the userbase of the SitaWare suite of battle management systems has grown, we at Systematic have been listening to our partners about their challenges and needs to deploy their new C4ISR systems quickly and at pace to a wide userbase with a variety of skill levels.
A number of factors can hamper the wider usage and employment of a battle management system, with military personnel facing difficulties in finding the time to undertake training, being rotated into new posts, exercise and operational deployments, and more.
SitaWare Aspire helps to solve this challenge. Users can undertake training in the use of the SitaWare platform flexibly, using a guided process that helps to deliver basic and role-specific training swiftly. With updates delivered four time a year, users are able to learn how to employ the latest features and updates to the SitaWare suite, and maximise their learning opportunities on the SitaWare suite. Trainees receive certificates against their progress through a curriculum, ensuring that standard operating procedures are developed and delivered against.
Integrated with the SitaWare suite, SitaWare Aspire allows users to navigate actual user interfaces and be completely hands-on during training. Deployable through a secure cloud or on a client’s server, SitaWare Aspire users and administrators are able to deliver training on systems that meet the security requirements of their networks.
