Integrated Precision Warfare (IPW) Division – Leadership Voting Now Open
The Integrated Precision Warfare Division is currently holding elections for Vice Chair for a two-year term (April 2024 – April 2026). These key positions will help guide the Integrated Precision Warfare Division to continued success. Voting is now open until 8 am on Friday, April 26.
• Vice Chair – One position available; 2 year-term
The Vice Chair is the second leader in charge of the Division and is elected to the position. The Vice Chair is a member of the Division’s executive committee. The duties of this position include assisting the Chair in the operation of Division affairs and any other responsibilities assigned to them by the Chair. In the absence of the Chair, the Vice Chair presides over Division meetings and functions. The Vice Chair is responsible for assisting the Division in reviewing and revising the charter and bylaws to keep the Division relevant to the international community and to ensure the Division is compliant with organizational and procedural principles emanating from NDIA.
Nominees for Vice Chair:
Patrick Blott
Patrick Blott is currently the Chairman & CEO of Intermap, a multi-national, publicly traded technology company. Blott is the leading expert on geospatial intelligence, related partnerships, business strategy, commercial and dual-use financial investments. Intermap is an owner, operator, and developer of critical mission sensors, and Blott has positioned the company as one of the industry’s leading integrated solution providers, promoting interoperability and building partner capacity. Previously, Blott served as Chairman of the Special Committee for OSI Geospatial, a supplier of command and control systems for the U.S. Navy. Blott has held leadership positions in the private and public sectors in New York with a focus in regulated SMEs. Prior to working on Wall Street, Blott began his career in government as a cabinet and international relations.
Gloryvee Cordero
Gloryvee Cordero is currently the CTO of the Cybernetic Economic Intelligence Foundation and Co-Founder and CEO of DepthAI. Gloryvee is a professional with over twenty years of dedicated service in the technology sector. As a Chief Technology Officer, Gloryvee has consistently been a pioneer of technological innovation, working with 15 Fortune 500 companies including Sony, General Motors, CVS, and Verizon, as well as prominent public sector research organizations such as NASA, the Department of Energy, and the Department of Health. As the Co-Founder of DepthAI, Cordero focused in areas of research and development of imaging technologies used for Web 3.0.
Tim Morrison
Tim Morrison is currently the Senior Director of Space, Intelligence, and Missile Defense for Government Operations at Boeing. In this role, he leads Government Operations activities supporting the Vice President and General Manager of Boeing’s Missile and Weapon Systems businesses and the program managers of the various individual business focuses. Previously, Morrison was Deputy Assistant to the President for national security in the Trump administration. He served as Senior Director on the National Security Council for European Affairs, where he was responsible for coordinating U.S. government policy for 52 countries and three multilateral organizations. Prior to that post, he was Senior Director for Counterproliferation and Biodefense, where he coordinated U.S. government policy on arms control, North Korean and Iranian weapons of mass destruction programs, export controls and technology transfers, and implementation of the Conventional Arms Transfer policy.
Voting for the Vice Chair will continue until Friday, April 26 at 8:00 a.m. EST.
