On 26 December 2023, the CMMC Program Proposed rule was posted on the Federal Register.

Comments on the proposed rule are due 26 February 2023 and NDIA’s Cybersecurity Division is working with NDIA’s Strategy and Policy staff to collect and integrate member feedback.
