Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) Webinar
Thursday, March 7, 2024, at 1pm ET
What matters in DoD? If you tell me what’s resourced, I’ll tell you what matters.
DoD uses four distinct processes to manage department resourcing: Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution. These processes, led by different groups with different incentives/priorities and levels of knowledge, skills, and experience, run simultaneously, while actions taken in one can ripple across to the others. Gaining an understanding of each process will provide context to WID and NDIA members as they pursue DoD business opportunities.
On Thursday, March 7, Col (Ret) Rachel McCaffrey, NDIA’s VP of Membership and Chapters and Executive Director or Women in Defense, will again share her PPBE knowledge and insights in a webinar exclusively for NDIA and WID members. Join her for an interesting, practical discussion of DoD resourcing.
