Ultra lightweight and compact. The Aurora-II is threaded on both ends, making it compatible with Metric and Standard thread pitches. This can is made from Military Grade 70-75T6 aluminum, with the internals composed of 8 neoprene wipes and 3 petroleum jelly-filled spacer baffles and because it weighs 3.5 oz, it does not require a Nielsen Device.
Aurora II needs the wipes to be replaced after about thirty rounds. Gemtech offers this service for $29.99. The Aurora-II will need to be shipped back to Gemtech for the service but once complete, it can be shipped directly back to the owner. An alternative is to have your local FFL/SOT purchase the replacement wipes and they can also perform the service. Please contact us for this service using the button below.
