The new Night Fighter and Night Hunter knife models are hand-crafted for Nighthawk Custom by world renowned bladesmith Steve Woods. Woods has been creating world-class knives for more than 22 years now. His work has been featured on the cover of several magazines and has garnered favor with several three-letter agencies. With meticulous attention to detail and premium materials, these knives exemplify Nighthawk Custom’s dedication to producing top-tier tools for the discerning user.
Night Fighter
With a rich history in combat, the Night Fighter is the ultimate combat knife. Fully designed and hand built by renowned bladesmith Steve Woods, this model has a track record of combat use. Used in the theater of war since 2004, this blade has been carried by Special Ops members and is adored by three-letter agencies. With an overall length of 11” and a cutting surface of 6”, this knife is ready for battle. The tan/black 2×2 layered G10 handles give you a sure grip on the knife in all situations. The blade has been forged from CPM 154 steel and is finished with a glass bead blast. Each finely crafted blade comes in at 58-59 Rockwell hardness. Stainless Torx #20 screws are used in the handle that also features Nighthawk Custom medallions. Each Night Fighter comes with a custom Kydex sheath with Blade-Tech Tek-Lok for horizontal or vertical carry.
Night Hunter
The Night Hunter model has been completely designed and hand crafted by renowned bladesmith Steve Woods. This model boasts a 9” overall length with a 4” cutting surface. The blade has been forged from CPM 154 steel for a tough blade that can withstand the rigors of hard use and has been heated to a Rockwell hardness of 58-59. The scales have been crafted from double black G10 and feature Nighthawk Custom medallions on both sides. The blade has been given a glass bead blast finish for the perfect look. Stainless Torx #20 screws in the handle finish off this impressive knife. This model comes with a Kydex sheath with Blade-Tech Tek-Lok.
