SOF WEEK 2023: EOTECH

In addition to some great optics, the EOTECH exhibit had an interesting clip-on thermal imaging sight. EOTECH has been on the leading edge of electro-optical technologies for military, law enforcement, and the commercial space.  The company enjoys a global market in which they deliver impressive technology of high performance and durability.

EOTECH partnered with Theon Sensors, a world-renowned manufacturer of electro-optics, in Koropi, Greece located south east of Athens. The arrangement will provide a full line of EOTECH branded, military-grade night-vision and thermal imaging products. Offerings will include head-worn NV devices to clip-on weapon systems.

The sight mounted on the Barrett is the MK2, which is available in five variants to meet mission requirements: Small (SR), Medium (MR), Long (LR), Extra Long (ELR) and xExtra Long (xELR) Range. The image quality of this thermal clip-on is impressive.
