Third Party Marketplaces and MAP Policies Guard Dog Security Retailers and Distributors,
In a continued effort to maintain an equal platform for all of our retailer and distributor platforms, Guard Dog Security will be taking on additional measures to enforce our Minimum Advertised Price Policy (MAP policy), which includes added steps to regulate list prices on online channels and publications. This aims to set a unified policy to our resellers and will promote fair and equal opportunities. Exceptions for promotions, sales, etc. will be made on a case-by-case basis. We are proud to have made great progress in the last few years in this area, and we are determined to continue to invest in our MAP prices and policies in the months ahead.
This includes, effective April 1, 2023, Guard Dog Security/Skyline USA will prohibit the sale/distribution of our products on third-party marketplaces and channels. This decision was made in order to maintain the quality of our products, protect our brand and ensure all retailers/resellers across all channels have the ability to compete and sell our products fairly and without pressure on their margins. We understand that this may be an inconvenience for some of our partners, but we believe that this decision is necessary to preserve the value of our products and retailers.

We will continue to offer our full range of products to our resellers and distributors, and we remain committed to providing you with the support and resources you need to succeed. We encourage you to promote our products through your own online channels, including your own website, social media accounts, and email lists.
