KEEP IT CLEAN
Subject your SureFire flashlight or WeaponLight to high round counts, and you might see a layer of carbon start to hamper the clarity of your light. If carbon buildup has clouded your lens, simply scrub the lens with a pencil eraser, or apply a small amount of toothpaste to a soft cloth.
Finish with an alcohol swab, and your window will be clean, clear, and ready for action. To prevent the buildup from happening again, we recommend applying Chapstick or non-petroleum-based lubricant to the lens before shooting.
