I confirmed I have some of the suspect sku/lot 308 147gr. I spoke with Norma Customer Support and my ammo cost + tax will be refunded but not the original shipping cost, they will provide a return label. From a customer focused point of view, they should pick up the original shipping cost if purchased via their website. This experience will result in dropping them down if not off my list of ammo suppliers; I will pay more for another brand. Am I being too tough on them?

You’re 100% correct. They’ll be sending out correspondence as well as an email with RMA. I agree that NORMA web orders should see the initial shipping charge refunded but they probably don’t want to sit there and refund shipping from any other supplier. They’re an excellent company with a great product so don’t be too hard on them but I would not hesitate to ask them for free shipping on my next web order.
