Mr. Chris O’Donnell currently serves as the Acting Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Acquisition (PDASD(A)). In this position, he advises the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Acquisition (ASD(A)) on matters relating to the Department of Defense Acquisition System while advancing innovative, data-driven approaches across the acquisition enterprise. Michael White – Keynote Speaker
Michael E. White is the Principal Director for Hypersonics (PD, H) in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering OUSD(R&E). In that capacity, Mr. White is responsible for leading the Nation’s vision and strategy for developing offensive and defensive warfighting capability enabled by hypersonic systems. Read more…

Young Bang
Mr. Young Bang was appointed as the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics & Technology) on 8 March 2022. As the Principal Deputy, Mr. Bang advises the Assistant Secretary for Acquisition, Logistics & Technology and Army leadership on all matters relating to Army acquisition. Read more…

Ted Jung is the Senior Scientific and Technical Manager (SSTM) for Combat System Architecture at Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) for Program Executive Officer Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS). Read more…

Thomas Troyano
Mr. Tom Troyano is a Vice President and Nuclear Modernization Fellow at Systems Planning and Analysis (SPA) in Alexandria, VA. He is responsible for leading and supporting business strategies and concepts across the nuclear enterprise, assessments of nuclear sustainment and modernization programs, and developing the next generation of nuclear enterprise experts. RADM Brian “Zulu” Corey
Rear Adm. Brian Corey earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a commission from Naval Reserve Officer Training at the University of Illinois. He is a distinguished graduate of the U.S. Naval Test Pilot School and holds a master’s in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College. Read more…
