Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information

The POST planning team is monitoring the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) situation as the health of our event participants, members, and partners remains our top priority. We are committed to following the guidelines and precautions as outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and NPS. Attendees can expect to see the following at POST 2022:

PROOF OF VACCINATION: All attendees will be required to provide proof of vaccination or proof of negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours prior to badge pick-up. Details for securely providing documentation will be provided shortly on the event website.
MASKS: At this current time, the state of Hawai’i requires all attendees to wear a mask while indoors no matter what the attendee’s vaccination status is; KN95 masks are recommended. A very limited supply of disposable masks will be available onsite.
WAIVER: All registrants are required to sign the COVID-19 waiver during the online registration process. Attendees may disclose their vaccination status at the time of signing.
HAWAI’I TRAVEL: The state of Hawai’i requires a negative COVID-19 test result or proof of U.S. vaccination to be uploaded to the
Hawai’i Safe Travels Platform prior to departure to avoid quarantine. Hawaii‘I is in alignment with federal international requirements for passengers flying directly into Hawaii‘I from an international destination. View the details.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE: Food and beverage areas will be designed to minimize touchpoints utilizing individually packaged or attended stations.

For a full list of precautions to expect at POST 2022, please visit our event Health and Safety FAQ.

We look forward to seeing you in March in Honolulu!
