XS Sights Promotes Monte Long to Marketing and Sales Engineer

Fort Worth, Texas (February 14, 2022) – XS® Sights is pleased to announce the promotion of longtime employee Monte Long to Marketing and Sales Engineer. Long has been with the company for 18 years, serving most recently as Production Manager where he ensured on-time delivery of XS’ premium American-made sights to consumers, dealers, distributors, and OEM customers. In his new role as Marketing and Sales Engineer, Long will work closely with the marketing and sales teams, playing a key role in strategic planning and creating enhanced content for web, blog, social, and video initiatives.
