New Dates Announced!

NDIA’s Combat Survivability Division is pleased to announce new dates for the Aircraft Survivability Symposium! Now held on February 15 – 17, 2022 at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA, you will not want to miss out as we foster dialogue and exchange information on aircraft survivability. Topics will include design, operational experience, threats current and future, reliability, maintenance, and testing of aircraft survivability technologies. Register today!

For attendees who have booked hotel accommodations at the Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel & Spa on Del Monte Golf Course. If you booked within the conference block, the hotel will automatically cancel your reservation. PLEASE NOTE: you will need to make a new reservation for the new February dates. Book your new hotel room.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information

The Aircraft Survivability Symposium planning team is monitoring the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) situation as the health of our event participants, members, and partners remains our top priority. We are committed to following the guidelines and precautions as outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and NPS. Attendees can expect to see the following at the Aircraft Survivability Symposium:

PROOF OF VACCINATION: All attendees will be required to provide proof of full vaccination within 72 hours prior to badge pick-up. Full vaccination is defined as 14-days after the second dose of a two-dose vaccine series (Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, AstraZeneca-SK Bio) or 14-days after a single-dose vaccine (Johnson & Johnson/Janssen). All World Health Organization-approved vaccines are accepted. Details for securely providing documentation will be provided shortly on the event website. NPS is requiring all attendees to be vaccinated, no exceptions.

FORM DD 3150: All attendees need to complete and carry with them
Form DD 3150. Please download and bring this document with you.

MASKS: Masks are required of all attendees regardless of vaccination status per NPS. A very limited supply of disposable masks will be available onsite.

WAIVER: All registrants are required to sign the COVID-19 waiver during the online registration process. Attendees may disclose their vaccination status at the time of signing.

SOCIAL DISTANCING: Additional venue space will be available to allow for attendees to spread out. Additional breaks have been added to allow for air circulation.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE: Food and beverage areas will be designed to minimize touch points utilizing individually packaged or attended stations.
