The 6th edition of ShieldAfrica will be held from June 7 to 10, 2021 in Abidjan (Côte-d’Ivoire)
A plenary conference will be organized on June 7 on the general theme “New security issues in African cities”. From June 8 to 10, the event will present Land, Naval and Air products and technological solutions to secure the development of the continent.
Continent extremely rich in natural resources, Africa must counter the major proven and potential threats likely to hamper its development.

Securing of the African people and their activities is a prerequisite for any form of economic expansion. There is no development without security.
ShieldAfrica aims to be a platform for meetings and dialogue between African state and private officials and all those working for the development of the continent, public and private users and manufacturers around the world who offer reliable, proven but also innovative solutions. It is open to the members of Security and Armed Forces from all the African countries.
International security and defence exhibition ShieldAfrica provides African leaders with a unique opportunity on the continent to come together and discover a robust global offer to counter these threats.
On the first day of the event, June 7, a plenary conference under the sponsorship of the Ministry of State, Ministry of Defence of Côte-d’Ivoire will bring together in the Abidjan Hôtel Ivoire participants including ministers, VIPs and present official delegations for a reflection on security issues in African cities.
During the other three days, from June 8 to 10, international exhibitors will present at the trade fair held in the Ecole Nationale de Police of Abidjan and supported by the Ministry of Security and Civil Protection, the most suitable solutions to protect States, sensitive infrastructures, cities, to control migratory flows, to prevent natural and industrial disasters, to fight terrorism …
