(Parker, CO) – ArachniGRIP®, maker of the must-have Slide Spider® slide grip, is proud to introduce a new slide grip design, called the R.D.O.S. Slide Spider, for handguns with optic systems.
ArachniGRIP’s new category of grips offer the same comfort and advantage of the original Slide Spider grips, but in a new design that will work with mounted optic systems. Pistol-mounted red dot optic systems are a popular trend for personal defense firearms. These systems go by many names or acronyms, including M.O.S., C.O.R.E., RMR, reflex sight and more. Regardless of the name, these systems all have one thing in common: a red dot. For this reason, ArachniGRIP has named this new grip category R.D.O.S., which stands for Red Dot Optic System.
The new R.D.O.S. Slide Spider will work with or without the optic system attached. These grips are slightly different than the original Slide Spider because of their three-piece design. By dividing the grip into three pieces, ArachniGRIP was able to add gripping material to the left and right sides of the slide regardless of whether the optic system is on. The third piece is designed to be attached to the removable metal slide plate for when the optic system is not mounted.
The R.D.O.S. Slide Spider grips have an MSRP of $19.95. These grips can be found on the ArachniGRIP website under the category marked R.D.O.S. They will continue to add designs to this category as quickly as possible.
