Explosions have the potential to create a multitude of injuries. It’s critical for first responders to understand how blasts affect the body in order to treat patients effectively on the scene. These events can pose multiple patient injuries and involve multiple agencies, making them particularly challenging for EMS. This course is approved for 8 hrs. of continuing education.
