IWI announced that the TAVOR® X95™ began shipping late last month. IWI’s  first black rifles with 16.5” barrels went to wholesale distributors, as well as 250 FDE models that shipped April 1, 2016. IWI wants you to know they should be making their way to your local FFL dealers now. ODG models will follow in the coming weeks.
