There was a great deal of chatter and anticipation over the British MTP (Multi Terrain Pattern) Personal Clothing System (PCS); however, after the initial excitement subsided, it looked as though it would take forever to have it issued. That concern may now be dismissed, and British Forces are being issued the new MTP PCS.

The overwhelming response is favorable but not complaint free. There is  broad consensus that the MTP PCS emulates the U.S. design but somewhat “buggered up.”
